Deposits will be held in escrow until contracted work is begun. Once work has begun funds held in escrow are not refundable. Contract cancellations prior to commencement of work will require a 10% charge of the amount held in escrow. Contract balances are due on substantial completion of the contracted work. Clients are responsible for travel and incidental expenses such as shipping (and are not included in escrow/deposite funds) and are non-refundable.
Dick Shook retains copyright ownership of the contracted image(s) including digital files, reference photographs and photographs of the artwork. Reproductions may be made with permission of the artist.
